how to set the camera exposure?
hi i am in a photography class and I have a mission, I asked to take pictures of the exhibition as specific (Interior of the house at night) the exposure is 8 I missed the day when the teacher explains the lesson, so I want to know how set in the camera as the shutter speed should be and what is the opening? i use canon EOS Rebel x. Also here are some other exhibitions 2 3 5 September 6 plz help me I'm a bit lost: (
If I could remember, the teacher also mentioned the exhibition of 'stops'. You take the reading meter of the camera (which is another lesson!) and "Open" to stops.If positive suggesting that the meter is 2.1 seconds shutter speed then 1, 2 …….. would be (multiply the reading measured by 2 and still make it on), ie 1, 2, 4, 8, …….. . Second, maintaining a constant aperture and ISO.
