Chamber of questions for students .. photographer?
I asked this in photography, but one person said (fhotoace thanks!) So my best friend is really in the picture. She turns 18 and going to graduate in June. For his birthday than expected in getting your camera (which show, not digital) but I have no idea where on earth to start. Wanted get a good lens of his camera and tripod (obv show more.) But I'm not looking to spend over $ 300.00. Unless your mom help plans. Council was looking at the Nikon with 35-70mm f3.5-4.8 Zoom Nikkor. I'm an amateur photographer and am looking a camera that does the following: 1) Take a good catch pictures (images of flowers, etc., plus crisp detail.) 2) It has good battery life that works with 3) Is it portable enough 4) Take quality pictures with good manners contained by both day and night. So far I have reduced to: 1) Panasonic Lumix TZ3S 2) Canon Powershot SX100IS 3) Sony Cybershot H10 I'm leaning towards the Canon one because it's cheaper and I've heard good things about it. My question is, am I looking for things right? I clutch a lot of pictures of the insides of the flowers (petals, etc), so it is inevitable that out sharp and nice. So I thought to get a camera with a high zoom would be nice. But bringing the issue to find? Or do you need a special lens to get all the details of flowers? Please Courage!

camera shutter speed of sound …?
Very Okay, so I'ma bit confused about this right away. If i reduce the shutter speed of 20 seconds or any amount of time in reality, how makes the translation of the exhibition? Because in my camera, GE A730, if I [> menu manual shutter speeds>] go to a screen that says " Long-term exposure "and I can choose + 1.20 seconds [i do the same on 20 now]. Does that mean that at the appropriate images i can speed things as a leaky hose down, and I will show individual drops? Any help is appreciated.

Ok my camera has photos I want on the team and I like a laptop, and I'm trying to put them in the computer.But I connect to the computer and then turn the camera on and progress to the control panel and then step to the cameras and scanners … and then click the thing that appears saying my camera and next thing trys to get photos of the camera, but then pop wise saying "Can not detect camera or scanner, please make sure you hit the right content and turn the camera. Camera is not connected to the computer?
I have a HP Photosmart M525, usually connects to your computer immediately. in recent times and I tried to connect, and an error message appeared axiom of "Windows not reconigze that this device" I do not know what to say this, because wroknig was yesterday .. Camera / SD card acting?
I just realized that when I try to download videos that are longer than a couple of minutes to my computer my SD card, no longer download the video. never did this before and has just started to happen. is as if they read the long video on the card. Also, when I put the card back into the camera, everything is there. Impartiality is a card again so I do not think it could be the problem.

my camrea has a total hood when you turn black. Pretend I can still go and see the options menu, but when i progress to take a picture of the visor is black. I drop a peak time and then went black. So I can fix this myself be broken?

Can a non-professional digital SLR camera photographs Filch level?
I'm not looking to become a professional photographer. I just wallow in the shooting. But if for some reason to be, it happens to an image Nick very good, I like being taken on a resolution and the level of good broad vision set out in a contest or even the mall. Hello! Recommendations involving the camera, and I guess this was the best place to travel! I am not a photographer or anything, so do not need something that the 30 megapixel-Yo I am looking for embezzling more photos of friends and places that I inherited and show my friends. I do not want something that will look like shit, however, what I want at the lowest possible 5 megapixels. I am also looking at the cost – I'd like to be less than $ 200, but I'll go up to $ 250 if you really need. In addition, a xD cards are accepted (Fugifilm and Olympus are the brands I know) is preferred, but unnecessary. Thanks for your help!
