my Canon Rebel Xt died today 
?
i know i can upgrade but i dont want to. if i cant fix i will buy the same model. today my rebel started to act up.
it was taking picture okay
then it would get stuck and didnt take pictures
then i pull out the battery
then stick it back in it would turn on take pics
then get stuck again.
then i turn it off
and then the camera would show like it the camera was on
but i had it off.
then i turn it on took a picture the picture in the LCD look very bright no color.
then i shut it off and it wouldnt turn on again.
i know its not the battery
i have 4 different ones i tried.it still wouldnt turn on
I KNOW I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT
CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT THEY THINK IT IS?
WOULD IT BE CHEAPER TO BUY ANOTHER ONE
OR REPAIR IT. HELP!!!!!!!!
That camera has been discontinued, so you will either have to get it repaired, or upgrade to a different one. Call Canon and explain the problem. They may be able to tell you what is wrong. Otherwise, ask them how and where you can send it to get an estimate of the cost to repair it. 800-OK-CANON
