Good price for a Canon Digital Slr Rebel XT with 3 lenses?
I’m looking to buy a Canon Digital SLR Rebel XT camera for $350. It comes with a Canon 18-55 kit lens, Canon 70-200 lens also with uv filter, Sigma 70-300 telephoto lens, 2 factory batteries with charger, and a 4 gig memory card with reader. However, the camera is five years old and I think it has seen a lot of use. Is it still a reliable camera if it has been taken care of or would I just be wasting $350?
The price is reasonable for the basic camera kit with 18-55 lens, anything above and beyond that is gravy.
There are 2 models of the Sigma, one is worth nothing, and one is worth a little more than nothing in the used market. But the fact that they are present adds value to the kit.
The cheapest Canon 70-200 lens is the F/4 L at $600. Used they go for $550. There are 3 possibilities here…
1. Your numbers are wrong
2. It is a Canon 70-200 with FD mount, which won’t work with that camera
3. The whole thing is stolen and the seller has no idea what they have
